Once your order has processed Dr Lisa will arrange a time for a 15 minute telehealth consultation to discuss your requirements.
Dr Lisa will then design a program of exercises for your specific need.
You will be sent a link to download Physi App (Free) which will house detailed videos that you can easily follow for each exercise in your program.
Over a 4 week period Dr Lisa will track your progress in real time via the app.
You have access to Dr Lisa throughout this program for any questions that you may have and access to the app and the program for no additional charge for life.
